Delivery update 27/1/21

Dear valued customer,


Due to unprecedented demand we are currently only able to accept orders from existing customers with current lead times of around 3 weeks from ordering. 

Please do contact us if you are or a family member is elderly, vulnerable or have a broken boiler etc. Slots are kept aside for these customers.
As soon as is possible logistically we will of course return to our usual operation of serving all customers. 
We hope you and your family keep safe through these strange times and we will do our best to continue serving you in a safe manner.
