Delivery Areas
We proudly deliver across Surrey, South West London, Berkshire, and selected SE London areas using our own trusted delivery team.
Our current delivery zones include:
Surrey & South West London: GU*, KT*, RH*, SM*, TW*, CR*
Berkshire: SL4*, SL5*, RG12*, RG40*, RG41*, RG42*, RG45*
Selected SE London: SE1*, SE5*, SE11*, SE14*, SE15*, SE16*, SE17*, SE19*, SE20*, SE21*, SE22*, SE23*, SE24*, SE25*, SE26*, SE27*
If you’re just outside these zones, please contact us — we may still be able to deliver.
Delivery Charges
🚛 Free Delivery on all orders across Surrey, South West London, Berkshire and selected SE London postcodes.

If you live within two miles of a friend or neighbour who’s also ordering, we can group your deliveries together — helping us stay efficient, eco-friendly and local.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are usually made within 5 working days or sooner of placing your order.
You’ll receive an email confirmation before delivery with your estimated time slot.
We deliver Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If you have any special access notes or safe places for delivery, please include them at checkout.
Standard Delivery
All deliveries are carried out by our own team using tipper-style trucks, ensuring a reliable and personal service.
Standard delivery is to driveway or kerbside, or inside a garage if our truck can safely get close enough.
Add our Stacking Service at checkout if you’d like us to move and neatly stack your logs.
Log Store Assembly is also available.
Log Store Deliveries
All log stores are delivered via a third-party courier and may arrive separately from your logs.
We’ll deliver any logs ordered with your log store shortly afterwards and will arrange this directly with you — keeping you fully informed at every stage.
If you’ve selected assembly and stacking, these will be carried out once your log store has been received and checked on-site.
